The Two Sessions
Internal and external fascial release working with the nervous system simultaneously. Mechelle maps tension patterns, releases holding sites, and begins restoring the fascial network’s natural communication. TMJ tension, jaw clenching, forward head posture, and facial asymmetry all begin to shift as the underlying structure is addressed at its root.
Full-body lymphatic drainage giving Mechelle access to the whole structural system. This is where the biofield assessment deepens — feeling how the body’s layers move, where stagnation lives, and what the system needs to rebuild. Every person’s structure tells a different story. This session is where yours begins to be heard.
What to Expect
A detailed intake covering your history, lifestyle, structural patterns, and goals. Mechelle reads your biofield and tissue before the hands-on work begins — so every session is built around your specific system, not a generic protocol.
Each session is approximately two hours. Restorative Buccal Massage addresses the face and nervous system. SOOTHE Lymphatic Drainage opens the full-body pathways. Together they create a complete picture of where your foundation needs support.
After working with your whole system, Mechelle maps what she found — structural weaknesses, biofield patterns, fascial compensations — and builds a plan specific to your body. Breathwork, posture, tongue position, and movement practices tailored to you.
